The Westford Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is seeking a board certified or board-eligible Emergency / Critical Care specialist join our team.
Work alongside our diverse team of friendly, talented, experienced, board-certified veterinarians in a very busy 24-hour hospital. The wide variety of cases presented to our facility offer plentiful opportunities to collaborate with our complement of specialists and clinicians.

Equipment
Our emergency and critical care service is backed-up by our complement of specialists (including an anesthesiologist, 3 internists, 2 surgeons, and 2 neurologists) and advanced imaging capabilities. Most hospitalized patients are monitored and cared for by our critical care department providing ample operating to collaborate on a variety of cases. We are proud to offer a complete in-house laboratory and digital imaging suites. We nurture individual professional interests and continuously reinvest tremendous resources back into our team, facility, and equipment. Examples of our equipment include:
- Siemens Symphony 1.5T MRI
- Idexx and Heska clinical pathology analyzers
- Three Idexx DR radiology rooms
- Two GE ultrasound suites
- Six spacious surgical suites
- Vimago CT with 3D and fluoroscopy capabilities
- Two Olympus endoscope systems with flexible and rigid digital scopes
- USP 800 compliant chemotherapy hood room
