Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first line of customer service for residents and guests. He/She provides information, resolves any emerging problems, and answers questions with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The CSR remains current on and compliant with policies and laws affecting operations of the property, including the Landlord Tenant code, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable laws. The CSR performs a variety of administrative and office support activities. The CSR will carry out assigned duties in an effective and efficient manner and, in addition to the duties described herein, will also perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Resident Specialist

Our business is about people who need a place to call home and the people of Michaels who make it all happen. The Resident Specialist, pre-leases/leases homes. The Resident Specialist will assist in ensuring that the needs of the inbound family are met with professionalism and courtesy. He/she will also act as the immediate customer service representative, while introducing the family to the community and creating a positive resident and property management relationship.

The Groundskeeper assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the appearance of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and presentable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Groundskeeper will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested. The Groundskeeper must provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the property.
Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.
Lead Maintenance Tech

The Lead Maintenance Technician will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, while assuming some of the Supervisor’s duties in his or her absence, assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, assist with the supervision of maintenance staff, help in assigning and distributing work orders, work closely with vendors to ensure quality of work, assist technicians with issues that may arise while performing their duties while ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Lead Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor and Facility Director. The Lead Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the property.
Project Director

The Project Director shall assist and direct the property Community Director, Facility Director and Managers in successfully attaining the company’s operational and financial goals while reinforcing the company’s customer service culture. The Project Director reports to the Regional Vice President.
