SEASONAL OPENINGS

Tender Truck Drivers - This role is responsible for accurately delivering fertilizers & seed products to local agriculture fields by safely operating trucks & equipment. You can expect to drive tender trucks, operate equipment such as skid loaders and forklifts, provide superior customer service and maintain customer rapport while working efficiently and having fun! This position also performs an exciting variety of tasks on non-application/delivery days which may include such things as warehouse maintenance and/or location grounds and equipment maintenance and/or assisting other departments as needed. Openings in Menomonie, Elk Mound, Ridgeland, and Chippewa Falls.

Our Seasonal roles last approximately 3-4 months starting in late spring. Cross training opportunities for qualified candidates may extend the assignment duration and/or transition to a permanent full-time role depending on qualifications.

FULL TIME OPENINGS

CDL Driver - Agronomy and Propane- This is a duel role. This position is responsible for accurately applying agricultural chemicals and fertilizers by safely operating and maintaining agriculture equipment, including but not limited to sprayers, spreaders, and trucks. You can expect to mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers, provide superior customer service, and maintain customer rapport. This position also performs a variety of tasks on non-application days, that include: Transporting and delivering petroleum products to customers by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and professional navigation of the assigned territory. You can expect to provide superior customer service, work efficiently, and ensure on-time deliveries safely while having fun! Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, willingness to obtain necessary endorsements and valid Class B CDL. Opening in Elk Mound.

Ag Equipment Mechanic - In this position, you will perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed, repair machines or systems using the required tools, determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about them, control operations of equipment or systems, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or GED, an agriculture equipment background, valid driver's license, valid CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one and safe driving record. Opening in Ridgeland.
