New Beaver Borough is seeking a Public Works employee to work full time and to also be available for emergency call outs when needed. At minimum, must have a valid CDL Class B license and a clean driving record. The ability to pass drug and alcohol tests and a physical will be required. Starting rate is $18.00/hour. It is part of the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. In 2009 the Borough celebrated its 50 year anniversary. New Beaver is located at 40°52′46″N 80°22′21″W (40.879553, -80.372525).[6] According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 14.5 square miles (38 km2), of which 14.5 square miles (38 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2), or 0.28%, is water.
