Staff Attorneys

The Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs is hiring for a range of legal support and attorney positions across the department in staff attorney and supervisory capacities. The positions will be responsible for providing legal services to the respective divisions on regulatory matters to include securities, insurance, consumer protection, public utilities, and enforcement of licensing laws.  In general, the staff attorneys assists in the review and analysis of pending matters, and recommends appropriate action for consideration. The positions also assists in the review and drafting of rules and regulations regarding supervision and regulation of industries within the jurisdiction of the division.
