Senior CNV Production Engineer

Senior CNV Production Engineer sought by Sofidel America Corp. in Inola, OK, 40 Hours.

Duties to include: Ensure the achievement of productive, quality, and cost-effective goals in full compliance with safety, environmental, and product safety provisions and policies. Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality System. Support the technical aspects of stakeholder relationships. Assist the Country Operations Manager in developing budget proposals for production and maintenance costs. Coordinate with various corporate departments to optimize productivity, efficiency, and client service. Monitor and manage production and maintenance costs. Ensure proper management and maintenance of plants. Optimize energy consumption and utilization of raw materials. Review and validate production reports. Collaborate with the CTO department to continually improve productive efficiency, production costs, energy and raw materials consumption, and environmental impact. Facilitate the professional development of technical personnel being appointed as Plant Managers. Promote a safety-oriented corporate culture.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related occupation. Experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, PTC Creo, Catia, MATLAB, and SAP; on alternatively a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience as a Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related occupation. Experience in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, PTC Creo, Catia, MATLAB, and SAP.
